  1. Proactive Monitoring- State of the art technology monitors the health of each computer and laptop. Uptime is critical and our service alerts us of issues your PC/Laptop is experiencing so we can stay proactive to minimize potential downtime.

  1. 24/7 Built in Contact App – This allows any computer to reach us in case of an issue.
  1. Anti – Malware Protection

Proactive Visits –

  1. Bi – annual (June/December) 2 hour visit to assess the health of all the PCs and Laptops – This visit allows us to assess the computers and determine any potential issues.
  1. Annual (December) Network Consistency Evaluation to bring your infrastructure and systems to a known state and install patches/updates if required.
  1. Annual (June) Cleaning of Laptops and PCs from Dust and Debris – To prevent overheating and prolong the life of your equipment.
  1. Annual (June) UPS Battery Checks – Check the health of any UPS batteries in the office.

As part of the managed IT contract we offer discounts on:

  • On-site Repair charges – On site repair charges are discounted by 20%.

Remote Assistance – We offer off site remote assistance through one of our partners that allows us to handle software or program issues via phone and internet connection. As a managed IT customer the rate is reduced rate.
